Our specialist team will seek to gain planning consent for you, at no initial cost to you and thereby maximise the value of your site ready for a sale. Once consent is achieved, our in house team and network of Agents can introduce your site to a suitable buyer so that the whole process is handled by us.
If successful, we are paid an agreed percentage of the sale price or a percentage of the uplift in value that we have created as our fee. If unsuccessful, you will owe us nothing.
